shipping & returns

Christmas delivery cut off dates:

to receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing an order as early as possible and no later than the following dates, as advised by our delivery partners. 

domestic orders shipped with standard postage should be placed by 8th December.

domestic orders shipped expressed should be placed by 15th December. 

local pickup is still available from: effies, 281 Sydney Road, Balgowlah New South Wales 2093, Australia

shipping:

we aim to ship all product within 48 hours of receiving your order. shipping within Australia is free for orders $150 and over, and $10 for orders under $150.

domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates.

all internation orders are shipped via dhl worldwide express. 

covid/ shipping update:

please note that Australia Post are delivering as quickly and safely as they can, however due to the high volume of parcels being sent and current COVID-19 restrictions some items may take longer than usual to arrive.

*some countries cannot be shipped to, from australia at this present time.  

refunds / exchanges

we will happily offer a refund or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. please email contact@nuagestore.com.au to organise your return or fill in the return form here 

items returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must include original packaging. we reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.

sale items and underwear bottoms are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. 

returning items is at the expense of the customer. please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for any lost packages.

once return is processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

we do not offer refunds on gift cards.
